Fee Structure |
Our legal fee will be certainly set as agreed between clients and us. The following fee structure is just our basic policy so that it is flexible.
Normally we request the initial payment or down payment for our legal services when the fee is set in "lump sum". In particular, we request the initial payment as well as the success remuneration in terms of litigations, the amount of which relies on the claim amount and the amount which the court recognized.
Partners : USD 300 per hour Associate Lawyers : USD 200 per hour
No cure no pay will be accepted only when clients are under critical and urgent situations.
