So far Yeosan Law Offices has established a lot of subsidiaries, branch offices and liaisons for foreign companies starting their businesses in Korea.

Yeosan Law Offices conducts establishment works on behalf of foreign clients including filing a foreign investment report to the government.

Our fee structure for the establishment is as follows.  

Formation requirements

1) At least 1 director and 1 auditor

2) The par value of the share must be no less that KRW100

3) Registered office(a lease agreement must be submitted)

Yeosan Law Offices is providing the agency service for the foreign companies which do not need habitual staffs in Korea.
